Personnel Early Intervention Tracking (PEI)
The TrackIT Personal Early Intervention (PEI) tool helps police departments meet government mandates and provides a proactive way for any organization to support its employees. By tracking key stress indicators, PEI helps leaders identify individuals who may need additional support before performance is impacted.
