PRIVACY STATEMENT
Personally identifiable information (PII) is information that identifies a specific person, such as name or home address. TrackIT Performance Management’s general policy on the release of PII collected as part of its performance management software usage is that it will not provide such information to a third party without the consent of the individual (or, in the case of an individual under age 18, the consent of a parent or legal guardian). However, TrackIT Performance Management may share PII as follows, as allowed by applicable laws:
TrackIT Performance Management will share PII with its clients (organizations using our performance management software) for employees or individuals participating in their performance programs.
TrackIT Performance Management may provide PII to an employer, corporate entity, or agency that has engaged TrackIT Performance Management to track and analyze employee performance data. This PII may include linking information related to employee evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics within the TrackIT Performance Management system.
At the request of an employer or other organization qualified to receive data as disclosed above, and in the discretion of TrackIT Performance Management and its clients, TrackIT Performance Management may choose to release data including PII to third parties providing certain data analysis, research, or administrative support services to such employer or organization. In such cases, the third party must provide a written description of the services it provides and sign a confidentiality agreement.
TrackIT Performance Management may enter into contracts with third parties to perform functions on its behalf, which may include assisting in processing PII. These parties are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restricted from using the information for any purposes other than the performance of those functions.
TrackIT Performance Management may provide PII as required or allowed by law or to protect the health and safety of its users or others.
TrackIT Performance Management may authorize its affiliate companies and other subcontractors to use de-identified and aggregate data for other purposes, such as research. PII will not be included in any de-identified or aggregate data sets.
TrackIT Performance Management is committed to providing users of its websites with a safe and secure environment in which to view, transmit, and receive electronic information. TrackIT Performance Management uses reasonable efforts to ensure the information you provide remains private and will attempt to ensure that the information is used only for the purposes stated below.
